2018
The article analyzes the situation of the right to self-image in the context of Chilean legislation, specifically from its link with the new judicial cases in which the affected—as happens in other countries mainly in Europe, Russia, Japan, Mexico, or Argentina—appeal to the application of the right to be forgotten regarding information published on the Internet. To achieve this, the text begins with a review of the existing legal norms and confronts them with the best-known cases that have been recorded to date and that are creating jurisprudence in the country.
